At Dapple, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at annakayebusiness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
